Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided vehicles for local deliveries within Wichita metro area
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with route optimization and timely delivery scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation proficiency and smartphone literacy
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
