Responsibilities
- Safely navigate Milwaukee streets to deliver packages and food orders during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time route optimization
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle special requests
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on weather/traffic
- Complete required paperwork and digital documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee neighborhoods and GPS navigation
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous delivery/driver experience preferred but not required
- Background check and drug screening required
