Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Albuquerque
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary mobile app for maximum time efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation through our digital platform
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for using our delivery management app
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Background check and drug screening clearance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
