Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within Lincoln city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
