Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages, food, or goods to designated locations
- Verify delivery details, confirm customer signatures, and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles to represent company standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status and address route changes
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with local delivery background preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Tucson metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
