Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes within 300-mile radius of St. Louis
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols during all transit operations
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient loading/unloading procedures at client facilities
- Maintain clean driving record and represent company values in client interactions
- Utilize Qualcomm systems for real-time navigation and delivery status updates
- Participate in quarterly safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and transportation management systems
- Strong time management skills for flexible scheduling and route optimization
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication standards
- Knowledge of Midwest geography and commercial routing protocols
