Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using provided Amazon vehicle
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking via Amazon's mobile app
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery time windows
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers when required
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (van or box truck preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon delivery app
