Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites and haul routes
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
- Load/unload construction materials using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Document delivery reports and maintain clear communication with site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks and heavy equipment
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Henderson NV area construction sites and haul routes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments
- Valid HAZMAT endorsement preferred
