Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to/from construction sites, landfills, or distribution centers
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of materials transported
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient routing and timely deliveries
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when necessary
- Represent Memphis Heavy Haul professionally at client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Memphis metropolitan area and surrounding routes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
