Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding metro area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring packages are handled with care and delivering a positive brand experience.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to track package status and update customer information in real-time.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of direction, map-reading skills, and familiarity with GPS navigation tools.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (or ability to obtain a company vehicle).
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
