Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Oklahoma City metro area.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures as required to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Handle packages with extreme care, ensuring items are not damaged during transport.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, representing the MetroCity brand positively.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and handle paperwork in compliance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (or Commercial Driver’s License if applicable to route type).
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld scanning devices and navigation apps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
