Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently at each delivery point.
- Deliver products to designated stops within the Oklahoma City metro area and surrounding suburbs.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery receipts, and paperwork (BOLs, manifests).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and timely service.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or safety hazards immediately to dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of local Oklahoma City streets, highways, and traffic patterns.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging delivery information and tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
