Key Focus Areas:
- Defining the technical roadmap for Agentic AI systems.
- Building scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensuring responsible AI deployment at scale.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the 2026 technical strategy, identifying key trends in AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction.
- Innovation: Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
