Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI of future-facing initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to board members and external partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong financial acumen with innovation portfolio management experience
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
