Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Columbus area efficiently and safely.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all packages to ensure accountability.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring items are not damaged during transport.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (or willingness to use a company vehicle) with current insurance and registration.
- Smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
- Basic English proficiency for reading directions and communicating with customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
