Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds, or tankers) for local deliveries
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip for safety compliance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Navigate efficiently through El Paso metro area and surrounding regions
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and DOT regulations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
