Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods across Manhattan and boroughs during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for efficiency using GPS navigation tools
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution hubs
- Resolve delivery issues promptly with customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean record (3+ years driving experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts including weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
