Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods to designated delivery locations in the Jacksonville metro area.
- Verify and record the quantity, type, and condition of merchandise.
- Interact professionally with customers, including accepting payments and obtaining signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Complete daily logs and vehicle inspection reports accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation tools.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
