Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods from distribution centers to customer locations across New York City.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules to ensure timely service.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and vehicle mileage reports.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route management.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
