Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods across El Paso
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Load/unload packages with precision and conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds with proper techniques
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
