Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Deliver freight on time to Boston metro and New England areas
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Report maintenance issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (current, non-suspended)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Boston area
- Professional communication and customer service skills
