Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed)
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Transport goods efficiently across Michigan and neighboring states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B preferred)
- No CDL experience required - we train!
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A within 90 days
- Clean driving record
