Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Raleigh metro area
- Operate company vehicles (vans or box trucks) following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and package sorting at warehouse
- Communicate delivery status and delays via company tracking system
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards during all interactions
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Reliable transportation to and from our Raleigh depot
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
