Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Albuquerque and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and package handling
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route changes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficient knowledge of Albuquerque streets and surrounding areas
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
