Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely using hand trucks and dollies.
- Verify packages against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Follow designated delivery routes and adhere to time schedules.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Document delivery exceptions and damages accurately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with New York City streets and traffic regulations.
