Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Vehicle Management: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Customer Service: Interact positively with clients, handle packages with care, and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and delivery forms.
- Route Planning: Follow assigned routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Load Handling: Safely load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid CDL Class B or appropriate commercial license (depending on vehicle type).
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use handheld delivery devices and navigate using GPS.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
