Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and keep the truck clean.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Complete and submit accurate delivery logs and paperwork on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or CDL preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
