Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using appropriate equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status, issues, and special instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
