Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently, ensuring cargo security during transport.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Update delivery logs and electronic proof of delivery (POD) systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or B) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
