Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for local/regional routes in Long Beach and surrounding areas
- Safely transport goods while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of local/regional roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- DOT-compliant medical certificate and required endorsements
