Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Texas and surrounding states
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA safety regulations and company policies
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Maintain clean driving record and ensure cargo security throughout transit
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and overnight routes
- Strong knowledge of Texas highway systems and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for cargo securing tasks
