Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Fresno area efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all deliveries.
- Manage paperwork, including delivery logs and expense reports, accurately and on time.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Handle cash/card transactions and resolve any customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and navigation.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable smartphone access for dispatch updates.
