Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across Washington and Oregon
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while ensuring cargo security
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain clean driving record and complete required training modules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS systems
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Customer service mindset with professional communication skills
