Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers at their requested locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify passenger identification and ensure the safety of all occupants during the ride.
- Utilize the mobile app to navigate routes, accept ride requests, and manage payments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle before and after each shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and local regulations to ensure a secure driving environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with their luggage or special needs when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle (4-door preferred).
