Responsibilities
- Provide safe, on-demand rides to passengers throughout Indianapolis
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle with required documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve passenger concerns
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Track earnings and trip details through our driver app
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass basic background check
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis streets and landmarks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21+ years old
- Proof of vehicle insurance and registration
