Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers across Buffalo and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, courteous interactions
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Submit accurate trip documentation and maintain proper vehicle maintenance records
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer in excellent condition
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use our driver app seamlessly
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and vehicle inspection
