The Role
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers. You will represent the brand at every stop and ensure a positive unboxing experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate package deliveries to residential and commercial clients throughout the San Diego area.
- Ensure the safe handling of all parcels and maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolve delivery issues on the spot, and provide a friendly face-to-face experience.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and load/unload vehicles safely.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar areas quickly.
- Reliable smartphone access (Android or iOS) for navigation and dispatch updates.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
