Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Represent company professionally with all clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logs (ELD)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Local or regional route experience preferred
