Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) to transport freight across designated routes
- Pre-trip inspections and maintenance documentation to ensure DOT compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient loading/unloading and route optimization
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery status and resolve transit issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and hazardous materials handling procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and electronic logging systems
