Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy dump trucks on various job sites.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload materials (soil, gravel, asphalt) efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable dump truck driving experience.
- Clean driving record and MVR check.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans area roads and traffic patterns.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading duties.
