Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (dirt, gravel, asphalt)
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip safety checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Coordinate with site foremen for efficient unloading
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance as needed
- Support team during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Nashville metro area
- Experience with construction site deliveries preferred
- Physical ability to climb equipment and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation to yard location
