Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment on construction sites and public roads
- Load/unload materials (gravel, dirt, asphalt) at job sites and disposal facilities
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and daily paperwork
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Nashville metro area and surrounding counties
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and outdoor work
- DOT medical certification current
