Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Manage loading/unloading operations at job sites and disposal facilities
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Support safety initiatives through proactive hazard identification
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Knowledge of Boston metro area routes and traffic patterns
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Physical ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
