Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt)
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adhere strictly to DOT and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient routing
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment techniques
- Maintain clean and organized truck cab and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must have own DOT-compliant steel-toe boots
