Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to customers across all NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide professional customer interactions with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to navigate NYC streets and traffic patterns efficiently
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Basic knowledge of NYC boroughs and landmarks
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
