Responsibilities
- Safely operate class-8 tractors for dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for timely load pickups/deliveries
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional conduct
- Utilize GPS technology for optimal route planning
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (3+ years driving experience)
- Minimum 1 year OTR or dedicated route experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Proficient with ELD technology (e.g., Omnitracs, Samsara)
- No preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Must reside within 50 miles of Milwaukee
