Responsibilities
- Operate dry van trailers on dedicated regional routes (Milwaukee to Midwest/NE)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Ensure cargo security and on-time delivery of freight
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Manage route efficiency while maintaining safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and DOT-compliant medical certificate
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging systems (e.g., Omnitracs)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside troubleshooting
