Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated routes with minimal layovers
- Maintain meticulous electronic logs and ensure FMCSA compliance at all times
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Deliver freight to designated locations with 99%+ on-time performance
- Utilize telematics systems to optimize route efficiency and fuel consumption
- Represent company values through professional conduct and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and fleet management systems
- Strong understanding of HOS regulations and hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs and operate loading equipment as needed
- Flexible schedule availability including overnight travel
