Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight using Class A CDL vehicles
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely delivery efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment
- Uphold company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills for Southern California
- Physical ability to handle freight up to 70 lbs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous tanker or flatbed experience preferred
