Responsibilities
- Operate your DOT-compliant box truck for local/regional deliveries within Nevada and surrounding states
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and safety compliance records
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and real-time updates
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Handle secure cargo transportation with zero-accident safety record
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck/straight truck experience
- Proof of current DOT medical certification
- Commercial auto liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Reliable box truck (2008+ model) meeting all safety standards
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable communication
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
